Ordering, Shipping and Payment Information
A few Guidelines
We only accept orders from Australian Collectors that dwell in Australia. We don’t post overseas.
There are some States and Territories in Australia that have restrictions and legal requirements on receiving live plants and cactus through the mail. Before placing an order check with your local State or Territory Government. (This is your responsibility!)
UrbanTribes cactus are cut to order so therefore we do not provide a return policy.
You should expect naturally grown cacti, therefore there may be scaring (due to age and weather conditions).
However if we have slipped-up with your order, we will without question rectify any omissions or error. Please contact us immediately.
We always ensure you get the healthiest, naturally grown cactus from our garden.
The important stuff
Shipping
Expect your order to arrive approximately 10 to 14 days after payment has cleared. Expect longer if it is raining or during our busier time, spring & summer. As we like to ensure you are receiving the nicest possible piece from our garden, we do cut your order after we receive your order notification. We try to let it dry out as much as possible before packing it - wet cactus can rot!!!
We use Australia Post services to deliver your cacti/plants.
We ask that before you submit a “PayPal” dispute for an item "not received" Please contact us first!
If you require your order urgently please email us so we can arrange it for you.
Shipping Disclaimer
UrbanTribes takes no responsibility for damaged or lost post.
Payment options
PayPal, Bank Deposit and cash on pick-up.
If you prefer using bank deposit please contact us to arrange. Our 'add to cart' option only accepts payment via PayPal.
Important:
Try to remove your cactus or plant out of its packaging as soon as humanly possible. Before planting ensure you place him in a well ventilated, dark room so his wound can heal and form its callus. For our full guidance on your new cactus care please see our “UrbanTribes Cactus care Guide”
